I think this only came out in v17. This item should not exist before v16.

Youtube has been having buffering issues for the past week or so. The clip plays and after e.g. 40 seconds it spins the wheel and won't move anymore. Sponsor plugin disabled. Nothing helps. Normal youtube works ok. Please fix it.
